Adolescence is hard enough. The pandemic has made it harder, injecting loneliness, depression, and grief into the mix. But chances are that secondary students are not getting the social emotional learning they need to cope with these new and perennial challenges. They need guidance on forming healthy relationships, especially sexual ones. They need SEL lessons that aren鈥檛 鈥渓ame.鈥 They need to feel useful.
