Only articles count against your limit. You have unlimited access to EdWeek.org鈥檚 home page, all topic pages , sections, collections, table of contents, multimedia, and events pages.

From there, click the Change Password button, enter a new password, then scroll down and click the Update Your Address button at the bottom of the page.

I never received a password reset email. What do I do?

Please check junk mail/spam boxes. You may also add 鈥渘o-reply@edweek.org鈥 to your list of approved senders to ensure the email with your new password is delivered to your inbox. If you still have not received the password reset email, call 1-800-445-8250, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, go to the Sign In box and click the link for forgot password. You will then receive an email at that address to reset your password. When you reset your password, you may use the new password of your choice.

I have forgotten my user name. Can you tell me what it is?

Your user name is the same as your email address. If you鈥檝e forgotten which email address you used when you created your account, begin by creating a new account. If you have already used the desired email address, you will get an error message saying the username already exists. Click on Forgot Password to reset your password.

I am trying to create an account but got a message saying, "This email is already in use." What do I do?

Reset your account by changing the password to something only you know. Simply go鈥痶o the Sign In box and click the link for forgot password.鈥

You will then receive an email at that address to reset your password. When you reset your password, you may use the new password of your choice.

I signed up for free newsletters, but I am not receiving them. Why not?

Many times email filtering or anti-SPAM software interferes with emails receipt. To ensure you can receive email from edweek.org, try one of the following:

  • Add the 鈥渆dweek.org鈥 domains to your email 鈥渟afe list.鈥 If you can鈥檛 add a whole domain name, we recommend adding鈥 newsletters@edweek.org 鈥痑nd whitelisting@edweek.org to your contact list.
  • If your settings don鈥檛 allow you to add email addresses to a 鈥渟afe list,鈥 use your email client鈥檚 help section or contact your email/internet provider鈥檚 Customer Service to help with your configuration options.

How do I update or unsubscribe from newsletters or emails from 澳门跑狗论坛?鈥

How do I cancel a trial or regular subscription?

Please call customer service at 1-800-445-8250, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET, to cancel your subscription.鈥

Note: 鈥疘f you have a free trial, you must cancel within the free trial period to avoid being charged. If you are beyond the free trial period, you may have already incurred a charge, and your subscription will continue through the end of the month for which you were just charged. After your cancellation date, no further payments will be incurred in the future.

How do I sign in to My Account?

Click the SIGN IN link on the upper right corner of the EdWeek.org home page. Submit your email address and password. You will know you are signed in when the top right of the homepage shows your display name, or the default MY ACCOUNT.

How do I save articles to My Account and view them again?

You can save articles from your search by clicking the bookmark button that appears to the right of the search result when you hover over the result.鈥

You may return to your saved searches by going to My Account and clicking My Favorites in the drop-down menu. From there, you can access your saved articles, searches, events, topics, and contributors.

How do I change my street address?

I want to save my search. How do I do this?
