Professional development for principals and administrators can鈥檛 be limited to one-off lectures or seminars. Given the volatile nature of the job, these school leaders need to stay fresh through experiential training that keeps them in touch with their peers, the classrooms they oversee, and their own personal needs. This summit looks at ways to leverage school and district resources in areas like coaching and immersion in the classroom, as well as how principals apply what they鈥檝e learned in coping with crises like the COVID-19 pandemic to enhance their professional growth.
