During the peak of COVID-19, millions of teachers stepped out of their comfort zones and embraced the use of technology to connect and engage with their students. But not all teachers were on board with the technology demands placed on them, nor did they always have the proper support to develop innovative instruction.

As we look ahead, how can educators effectively harness technology to benefit student learning? How can system leaders better support educators on this front? And what role does the principal play in the use of technology in schools?
